1. Failed generations
If a generation fails for any reason, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — no action needed.
2. Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Packs that have been partially spent are refunded pro-rata for the unused credits, minus payment processing fees.
3. Result quality
AI generation is probabilistic; an unsatisfying but successfully delivered model is not a defect and is not refundable by itself. If you believe a result is technically broken (corrupt file, missing textures you paid for), contact support within 7 days — we will re-run the generation or refund its credits.
4. How to request
Email support from your account address with the payment or generation id. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
