1. The service
3D Creator Zone generates 3D models from text prompts and images using AI. Output is delivered as downloadable files (GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ, STL). Generation quality varies by input; we do not guarantee any particular result.
2. Accounts & credits
Generations are paid with prepaid credits. Credits never expire, are tied to your account and are not transferable. New accounts receive 20 free credits. Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically.
3. Payments
Credit packs are one-time card payments processed by our payment provider in accordance with card scheme rules, including Visa and Mastercard regulations, with 3-D Secure authentication where required. Payment data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
4. Your content & license
You keep all rights to the prompts and images you submit and to the models you generate, including commercial use. You are responsible for having the rights to any uploaded image. You may not generate content that infringes third-party rights or is illegal.
5. Acceptable use
No abuse of the service: no attempts to disrupt the platform, reverse-engineer the pipeline, resell raw API access, or automate access outside the documented API and its rate limits.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
